I have been a repeat customer of Absolutely Flowers for years, and this experience reminded me why I keep coming back. Initially, I was disappointed because the arrangement delivered didn't closely match the website photo and seemed to have too much filler compared to the flowers I had selected. After reaching out, the team responded promptly, listened carefully to my concerns, and went above and beyond to make things right. They remade the arrangement, adjusted the design, and even sent me a photo before delivery to ensure I was happy with it. The replacement arrangement was absolutely beautiful, with the flowers showcased exactly as I had hoped. I truly appreciated their professionalism, communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their work. My aunt loved the arrangement, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thank you, Absolutely Flowers, for your outstanding service and for turning a disappointing situation into a wonderful experience! ??
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
